COSMOS
is a high-performance machine, designed to deliver seamless
service for many years. Modular and flexible, it is designed
to serve to any embroiderer, regardless the size of the company.
It works with any Cosmos E2TT plate. There are no pressure problems,
no matter the size of the work undertaken. It reaches a power
of up to 14,000 N, and, of course, the lower plates enable cylindrical
placement of garments, thus avoiding marks and wrinkles in the
fabric.
Its
automatic tray and control system prevent that forgetting the
garment under the hot plate once the transfer time is over be
a problem; thus, burning delicate garments is avoided.
A laser marker (optional equipment) is indicated for working
on multihead embroidery machines, and incorporates a solid aluminum
structure that is hidden when not in use. It has automatic connection/disconnection
of lasers, several types of light, and can be purchased with
1 or 2 laser projectors.
To
adjust to any embroidery hoop, the COSMOS
machine is designed for a fast change of work plates (upper
and lower) and the hoop support without any tools. There are
many work kits for hoops of varied shapes and embroidery areas.
